My name is Courtney Salcedo, and I own CLS Signings Limited. I have been an LSS-certified loan signing agent since 2021. I have notarized hundreds of documents and always prioritize an error-free signing. I am a professional with an eye for detail and excellent customer service. Along with being a loan signing agent, I am an army wife and a mother. This has taught me adaptability, responsibility, and empathy. My husband’s army career brought us to Colorado in 2021. Before that, we lived in North Carolina, where I began my loan signing career.

My Mission
As an NSA and LSS-certified loan signing agent, I aim to execute flawless signings. I am detail-oriented, ensuring every page is correctly dated, signed, and stamped. I prioritize getting documents shipped the same day whenever possible.
With over ten years in the hospitality industry, my customer service skills are top-notch.
Having worked in this field since 2021, I can expertly guide clients through a signing. I will direct clients to the proper contact if I do not know the answer to a client’s questions or if it is outside my legal ability.
